My Approach
As an integrative psychotherapist, I utilise various therapeutic modalities to best support my clients. I believe in creating a safe and collaborative space where clients can express themselves and work towards their goals. I work from a Trauma-Informed care approach, meaning that choice and safety are prioritized and the client is considered the expert of their own story.
I offer therapy in English, Spanish, and Catalan, in person and online psychotherapy.
Perinatal Mental Health
I have Specialist training in Perinatal Mental Health and Birth Trauma, and my own lived experience of motherhood. This means I have a strong understanding of how pregnancy, birth, and early parenthood can affect our emotional wellbeing—especially when things don’t go as expected.
This background helps me offer therapy that’s sensitive, supportive, and tailored to the unique challenges of the perinatal period. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, anxious, struggling after a miscarriage, infertility, a difficult birth, or simply needing space to process your experience, I bring both knowledge and compassion to help you feel heard, understood, and supported.
I work with clients facing a range of issues, including anxiety, depression, grief, relationship issues, trauma, birth trauma and identity struggles. My integrative approach allows me to adapt to diverse presentations and support your unique situation.
I believe in a collaborative approach to therapy, where your insights and experiences guide our work together. This ensures that every session is meaningful and aligned with your personal journey.
Connect the dots
Step into a safe, supportive space where you can explore life’s challenges and nurture your mental wellbeing. By gently acknowledging the wounds of the past, we can begin to make sense of the present—and open the door to meaningful change in the future.
Together, we can explore what feels challenging for you right now—at your pace, and from wherever you are.
I offer sessions both online and in person. Each session lasts 60 minutes and is priced at €60.
Feel free to get in touch to arrange a free 15-minute consultation. It’s a chance for us to connect and see if working together feels like the right fit for you.
This approach is designed to bring relief from the overwhelming symptoms of birth trauma and PTSD.
I will gently support you through the process of reprocessing and integrating trauma memories, helping them lose their emotional intensity and become part of your broader life story.
This method can be used to support healing from a wide rang
